Users upload insurance denial letters so ClaimFighter can process the document, help explain it in plain English, and generate appeal support.

Uploaded files are used only to analyze the letter and generate appeal support. ClaimFighter does not sell uploaded denial letters or related document contents.

ClaimFighter does not provide legal or medical advice. Users should not upload documents they do not have permission to use.

Uploaded files are currently processed through third-party services used for storage and AI analysis, including Cloudinary and Gemini API. Those services are used only to support the product workflow.

This MVP does not currently require user accounts. Because of that, support requests should include enough detail for us to locate the relevant upload or transaction when possible.

Users can contact ClaimFighter for deletion-related requests through the support path described on the contact page. Do not send unnecessary medical details when making a request.
